What we look at

Six places where
sites fail quietly

No guesswork. We run the same checks Google grades you on — plus a few Google never shows you anywhere.

We won't call you. And if your site is fine, we'll tell you it's fine.

01
Speed
Core Web Vitals on phone and desktop. What's slowing it down, and what that costs you.
02
Google visibility
Whether you're indexed at all — titles, structure, internal links, sitemap.
03
Mobile
How it looks and how fast it runs where most of your customers actually are.
04
Technical faults
Redirects, duplicate content, broken links, caching, certificates.
05
Structured data
Whether Google understands what your business is and what it sells.
06
Contrast and accessibility
Whether your text is actually readable — and whether it passes.
How it works

From address to report
in three working days

01
You send the address
Website and email. That's it.
02
We run the tools, then read them
Same tools as everybody else — Lighthouse, header checks, a crawl of your pages. The difference is what happens next: a person reads the output, drops the false alarms, and goes hunting for what the tools never report at all.
03
You get the report
Real problems, ordered by what matters, and why each one matters. Not a list of 47 “errors”, half of which aren't errors.

Here's what we found
on our own site

We don't invent examples. Every site has something to fix — ours included. We pointed the check at webready.bg, it turned up 16 things, and we fixed them. Here are six, in the exact shape yours will arrive in:

webready.bg
15 July 2026 · 90 pages · bg / en / es
16 findings2critical7important5minor2dismissed
CriticalStructure
Three pages had no internal links pointing at them
How we found it
/bg/solutions/ → 0 inbound links
/bg/quote/ → 0 inbound links
/bg/chatbot/ → 0 inbound links

The menu only rendered after a click:
{open && ( ... )}  →  no links in the HTML.
Google only reached them via sitemap.xml.
→ Footer links. From 0 to 25 inbound links each. No automated tool checks this — you have to crawl the site and build the link graph yourself.
CriticalDesign
No font was loading. The whole site rendered in system fallbacks
How we found it
@font-face in the served CSS ...  0
.woff2 files in the build ..... 0
requests to fonts.googleapis .. 0
→ The @import in globals.css was being dropped at build time, so no font ever reached the browser. Moved to next/font — they're served from the site itself now. It also turned out Fraunces ships no Cyrillic at all, so Bulgarian could never have used the brand font anyway.
ImportantSpeed
LCP was measuring the cookie banner, not the headline
How we found it
LCP element: div.cookie-inner > p
              “Използваме бисквитки за…”
Render delay: 2041 ms
LCP: 6.4 s

The h1 had opacity:0 + fade-in.
→ Chrome won't accept an opacity:0 element as an LCP candidate, so the late banner won by default. We dropped the fade on the headline.
ImportantIndexing
Nine pages were telling Google they were copies of the homepage
How we found it
/bg/privacy/ canonical → https://webready.bg/bg/
/bg/legal/ canonical → https://webready.bg/bg/
/bg/cookies/ canonical → https://webready.bg/bg/

(× 3 languages)
→ They inherited the layout's canonical because they declared none of their own. Every page now points at itself.
MinorSitemap
All 87 sitemap URLs pointed at a redirect
How we found it
sitemap: https://webready.bg/bg
actual: https://webready.bg/bg/ ← 301

87 of 87 URLs.
→ A missing trailing slash. Google was spending crawl budget on 87 pointless hops.
Checked · not a problemContent
“Your descriptions are too long” — they weren't
How we found it
First pass: 204–304 characters ⚠
Re-measured: 131 average ✓

The tool was counting bytes, and Cyrillic
takes two per character. Bulgarian turned out
to be the shortest of the three languages.
→ Nothing to fix. An automated report would have sent you off rewriting copy that was already fine.

Your report will look like this — with your site and your findings.
